Seven Principles of Relationship Building
We run a series of conferences every year for our new senior consultants, with up to 100 in attendance each time. The programme aims to get participants to be more aware of the skills and behaviours they need to operate successfully at senior levels in Deloitte.
Russell delivers a three hour session on Seven Principles of Relationship Building. It’s a motivational, challenging and very interactive half-day that gets the participants to put the principles into practice. We schedule it for the last afternoon as no-one wants to follow him!
There are some real, hard edged skills delivered but the fast pace, engaging stories and laugh out loud humour mean it’s also hugely entertaining. In fact, a perfect finale to the conference. The post-course survey asks about the most valuable part of the course and the most frequent response is ‘Russell’s session’.
