Various Programmes and Executive Coaching
We work with DLA Piper at various levels within the firm, from one-to-one executive coaching to group training programmes in all UK locations.
This challenge was considerably different. Here we were tasked with delivering presentation skills training to 120 newly qualified lawyers from the UK, Europe and the Middle East in just two days; one in London and one in Madrid. Three Kissing With Confidence trainers delivered fast-paced, interactive skills seminars up until lunch-time, where participants were given the tools they needed to deliver a video-taped presentation in the early afternoon. Preparation was carried out over an extended lunch.
The final session comprised video playback of the presentations and individual feedback for all participants, which was the really clever bit. This required lots of creative thought beforehand and expert delivery on the day.
