Over the past five years Graham Technology's induction programme has gone from strength to strength, with this year alone over 50 high flying technical graduates passing through the Graham Technology Academy.
In a fast-moving business environment it is vital that their people communicate and interact effectively - this is particularly important when they are working on client sites for up to 9 months at a time, delivering complex software projects.
We help to ensure that the communication skills of the new starts are up to the challenge of being on a client project in South Africa or New Zealand within 3 weeks of joining... so that they add value to Graham Technology's customers and projects from day one.
Covering body language, presentations, personal networking, assertiveness and listening, the training is fun, informative and challenging; and with the culmination of the induction programme being a pitch presentation to the Board, it's important that the delegates are well prepared!
