Oratory and Influencing Masterclasses for senior civil servants
A series of Masterclasses delivered in the Throne Room of Hillsborough Castle to 250 senior civil servants: a tough and demanding audience in a beautiful and historic location.
The brief was for training that was fast paced, interactive, entertaining and motivational.
Discussions with the client showed the challenges faced were around influence and persuasion, and effective delivery in the many presentational situations they faced.
Twelve four-hour Masterclasses were proposed, six on oratory and six on influence and persuasion, delivered to approximately 40 delegates morning and afternoon over six days.
