INFORMATION COLLECTION
The Kissing with Confidence website may collect information at various points; these are described below:
‘Contact Us’ Form
When contacting KWC, our contact form requires that you provide the following information:
• Name; e-mail address: This is required so that we can reply personally to any queries.
• Job Title, Your Company and Your Telephone Number are optional entries which may help us to tailor our responses to be more effective.
Please note that KWC will retain these details to enable us to respond to your request/comments.
Newsletter Subscription
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we request the following information:
• Title, Firstname, Surname, E-mail address, Address, Postcode. These are required so we can send you the newsletter.
• Job Title is an optional field that may help us send you better information.
We will only use your information to send you our newsletter. It will not be used for any other purposes without your prior consent.
Share the love
We offer our website users the ability to send our website articles to their friends. The information we ask for this process is:
• Recipient Name, Recipient E-mail Address, Your Name, Your E-mail Address.
This information is used so that we can send your friend a message with a link to the specified page. We will not use your or your friend’s information for anything else
USE OF INFORMATION
In addition to the above uses, the KWC website also analyses the information acquired via the website to help understand how the site/services are being used thus allowing it to identify possible improvements etc.
Various statistics and information relating to the site are collected on a regular basis and these may occasionally be communicated to selected business partners e.g. X number of individuals visited a certain area of the website. In such a scenario, the information is presented in an ‘aggregate’ format i.e. no personal customer information is presented allowing individual customer identification.
Finally, we do not collect any personal data that is deemed ‘sensitive’ e.g. medical condition, racial or ethnic origin etc.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. The KWC website uses ‘session cookies’ i.e. once a user closes the browser, the cookie terminates.
Cookies are used within the KWC site for the newsletter subscriber and delegate area. They enable us to recognise clients as registered users and allow the ‘newsletter profile’ and ‘delegate area’ pages to be made available.
To avoid the cookies being used for this purpose, simply do not login as a delegate. In doing this, however, you will have limited privileges to the site.

To prevent unauthorised access; maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate electronic and managerial procedures designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. These are:
