    Focus on: enhancing the ability of individuals and the team as a whole to present their information and expert insights in a more compelling way to achieve greater influence and impact (and assist in achieving their strategic business objectives). Includes presentations and video feedback.
  • Day Four: The Key Meetings - Getting A Positive Outcome    
    Focus on:  your most difficult meetings; asking questions; making it their idea; getting a positive outcome.
