Bespoke communication skills for senior management
In an educational environment the University were looking to put in place a training programme for their Heads of School focusing on key communication skills to enhance personal presence/impact, and to assist in building long-lasting, successful relationships both externally with private sector business and internally with senior colleagues.
The bespoke 6 hour training covered the essential skills of the building and management of relationships and the way in which individuals present themselves, along with awareness that technical ability is only part of the story when it comes to success in a chosen field of expertise.
Leadership skills including self-presentation and personal image; developing gravitas and presence; motivating and engaging were delivered in an open and encouraging environment which led to the delivery of a successful and inspirational programme.
