Nicky Denegri has 15 years of experience in Learning & Development, latterly as Head of L & D at one of those large corporate law firms. She excels when working at the highest levels and is undeniably gallus, a trait honed both in the Law sector and via earlier stints in retail and financial roles.

An outstanding coach and facilitator she will have you ask “what’s next?” and “how do I get to there?” Nicky will give you loads of energy and fun, but there is always a hard edge: if you want the troops to commit to new skills and unlearn bad habits, we know Nicky knows how to do that.

Nicky is an alumnus of the University of Edinburgh and has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching. She is also accredited in a fistful of psychometric tools, and is studying for a degree in psychology.
